Rincon Country West Farmers Market, Tucson, AZ

Tuesday, Jan 6, 2015

On Tuesdays there is a Farmers Market.  We finally remembered to take pictures.
There are several individual booths set up and not all are fruits and/or vegetables for sale.
This large booth was actually in the parking lot.  Various kinds of Mexican rugs and decorations.
This booth had fresh fruits and vegetables and canned pickles and jams.
Here are some more fresh vegetables for sale.
This man had a large amount of good looking jewelry for sale.  He told us he mines many of his stones himself.  He polishes them and makes his jewelry.
Here are several kinds of hand crafts and some small quilts.
This lady had a bunch of macrame pot holders for sale.  I used to make my own macrame many years ago.
More jewelry.  I liked the jewelry of the other person better.  However that is just me.  We managed to walk away without buying anything this week.  Yes, other weeks I did buy.

Across the street from the entrance to this RV park was a field of saguaro cactus.  I thought the one in the center here looked like it had arms and a BIG nose like Pinocchio.
