The University of Arizona is in Tucson. The students have put a large "A" at the top of this tall hill.
This is a close-up but this hill can be seen from a lot of the town.
Tic climbed to the top of the hill. This is the "A" from the top looking down.
This is the view looking to the south of this hill. The Rincon Country West RV park is in this picture but so small, unless you know where to look, you cannot pick it out.
Here is Tucson looking east from the top of the hill.
On the west side of the parking lot near the top of the hill was this rock gazebo overlook. We walked out to it.
This view is looking to the north side of Tucson.
I could see this from the gazebo but could not tell exactly what it was.
So when we came down the hill, we went across to a hiking spot and hiked to the structure. It looked like someone started to build something then never finished.
Now the retaining walls have graffiti all over them. Disappointing.
The view was so beautiful during the day, that we decided to go back that evening after dark.
Tic did a great job of getting a panoramic of Tucson all lit up!
