Mountain Views RV Park in Creede, CO

We are loving this area so much that we decided to check out this RV park in Creede for next summer.

Mountain Views RV Park in Creede, CO is an exceptionally nice RV park.  It lives up to its name and does have fantastic mountain views.

 The park has this little water mill and many bronze statues as you will see below.

They are expanding the park and this area will have its own magnificent views also.

Mountain Views is a very nice well maintained RV park.  We are seriously considering staying there for 3 months next summer, July-Sept. We should be able to see the changing leaves if we stay through Sept.  They don't start taking reservations until Jan 2, 2019.

On the way from Creede back to Del Norte we saw these old box cars.  Picturesque!

 Above and below are train trestles that cross the Rio Grande.  Tic got some great shots!!

These cliffs run along the opposite side of the road from the Rio Grande River. Below is the Rio Grande River and you can see a portion of the cliffs shown above.

This is a historic train water tank at the South Fork, CO stop.

We could spend a lot of time in this area of Colorado.  However, tomorrow we leave for Los Alamos, NM where we have a fun time scheduled.  For 2.5 months we will be watching our 2.5 year old grandson, Ruxson, while our daughter and son-in-law work during the days.  We are looking forward to having so much time with him.
