Wildlife at Le Page Park, OR

During our stay at Le Page, we sat out most evenings and watched the wildlife.

Most evenings we could watch deer grazing on the opposite side of the river from our camp site. Below are some of the better pictures we got.

There were lots of squirrels around.
 

This is the only time we got a fair picture of this buck with the bigger rack.  I, Dusty, took this picture.  The camera was fully zoomed and I cut off his legs.  His rack was so much bigger than the other bucks we saw that I put this picture in anyway.
 

It was fun to be able to see this doe with her twin fawns on a regular basis.

We saw several blue heron and Canadian geese but our pictures did not turn out good enough to post.  They were even worse that half a buck.  Hee Hee
