This afternoon we are going white water rafting on the upper Pigeon River with the Outdoor Adventures group. They are only about 25 miles from our campsite in Waynesville, NC. We are all looking forward to our adventure.
As we cross the bridge over the Pigeon River we can see these rafts in the 3 pictures below.
We did not take our camera on our rafting trip. However they took pictures of us along the way, so we bought them.
They bused us up river, so we finished our ride where we checked in.
Below is the calm water that we floated into to beach the raft and get out.
What an adventure! Tomorrow we are off for more adventures near Linville, NC.
Where is this company located out of? We are going to be in Waynesville, in late July and want to do a raft trip. Looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteWe stayed in Waynesville at Pride Rv Resort. We drove back into TN about 9 miles to the actual spot. I believe it had a Hartford TN address. Best i can do. Hope it was helpful
