Today we moved from Boya Lake to Iskut, BC.
We stopped at this beautiful rest stop. This is the Tanzilla River. We have seen a lot of absolutely exquisite terrain on our travels.
This is our site for tonight. This is a beautiful setting.
The mountains in the pictures above and below surround the RV park. It is very windy this afternoon so cooler than it has been for the last few days.
Above is a close-up of part of the mountain pictured below.
There was a private lake that could be hiked to.
Above and below are pictures from the hiking trail. The woods around were thick. There are many bear warnings out. I decided I need to talk to myself or sing in order to make bears aware of me. Bears will generally avoid humans if the bears are aware of humans being close by.
I took this picture at the waters edge.
This is the home/office of the owners of the park. Gorgeous log home in a beautiful setting.
We are finally getting some sunsets. This is not one of the most beautiful, but it is pretty. What a wonderful way to end another blessed day!
