It was HOT today, but this evening was pleasant.  This was our sunset on this evening.

The International Wildlife Museum was a place we had planned to see and since we leave in 2 days we decided today would be the day.
This is the entrance to the building.
This magnificent sculpture was just to the right of the front.
This the water under the bridge we had to cross from the parking lot to the entrance.
These frogs are near extinction and are breeding here.  Great picture!

There were so many animals.  Tic got lots of good pictures.

The moth blends fairly well on this bark.     How many bugs can you see on the right?
If you said 5 you are correct.

Why is it that most male species are prettier than the female?  While the female on the left is beautiful, the male on the right is stunning.

Both of the settings for the animals above were in process as seen by the pink foam and wire mesh.  What impressed us the most, was how well the animals have been prepared and set in a realistic natural setting.  Outstanding workmanship and if your ever in the Tucson area, worth your while to visit.

Tic was able to tame this musk ox and now wants to keep it as a pet in place of a dog.

This is called a Giant Deer.  It has been extinct for a long time now.  Look at those horns!
This large lizard is called a water monitor.

There were many more interesting animals but we took over 100 pictures.  I think I've included plenty of pictures.

Tomorrow we start packing stuff to get ready to leave Tucson.
