Arrowhead RV Park in Cascade ID to Bear Den RV Park in Grangeville ID

Thursday, May 18,2017

I forgot to put a picture in of Arrowhead RV Park in yesterday's blog.
It was a pretty park.  The river front was populated with little bird houses.  They just opened the park and the season had not really started yet, so no activities.  It looked like it would be a fun place when the activities would be in full swing.

Today we leave for Bear Den RV Park in Grangeville, ID.
As we leave, the clouds are below the snow covered mountain peaks.  What a beautiful morning!

We are going from ID-55 to ID-95. ID-95 follows the Little Salmon River.

This is only one of several videos we took of the Little Salmon River along our way.

Above and below are just 2 pictures of many that we took along the drive.  WOW what awesome power!

Above is our parking site from one direction and below is from the other direction.  Beauty abounds in this area!

As we sat outside facing west this was our view.  What more could one ask for.

As we were enjoying the sunshine, Tic took this picture of a dandelion flower.  I thought it looked beautiful with the sun shining through it reflecting off the fragile seeds.

The sun has finally started to set.  We are in Pacific time zone now and sunset is supposed to be at 8:15pm today.

The deer have come out to graze on the hillside close by this evening.

The clouds were thick this evening, so the sunset was not as spectacular as we expected.  This is the best picture.  It was getting cold, about 51 F, so we went in.  More exploring tomorrow.
