Grandson Rux now 3 weeks old

Wednesday - Monday, February 17-23, 2016

OMG our grandson Rux is so handsome!  This post is just pictures of Rux taken during the week we were there.

 Our beautiful daughter with her 2 babies, Rux and Maggie, were resting on the couch when we arrived.

Rux did wear this outfit 2 times.  I dressed him the second time.  We gave Rux this outfit and I made the booties.

We are getting ready to go for a walk.  It will be his first time in his stroller.

Rux got this Carolina Panthers hat to wear while he "watched" the Super Bowl game.  It's almost too small already. 

Even Granpa Tic got in on the act.

Rux was sleeping on the floor.  The couch was creating shade.  As the sun got higher in the sky, Rux ended up in the sun.

Next time I checked on him, I found him like this.  I guess the sun was too bright.  What a precious bundle!

Rux is so fun to snuggle with!

Look at those cheeks.  He is filling out.  

We left town on his 4 week birthday.  7 days later, Rux had his 1 month check up.  He weighed 8 lbs 3 ozs and 21 inches long.  He was 6 lbs 4 ozs and 18.5 inches long.  That means he gained nearly 2 lbs and 2.5 inches in length.  He's going to be a big boy!
