La Pine, OR

Today we travel just over 100 miles from Prospect to La Pine, OR.  It is a beautiful sunny day.  Perfect day for a move.

Our drive takes up to Diamond Lake, which we saw yesterday, before we turn east.  This is Mt. Thielsen which is on the east side of Diamond Lake.  Our whole drive today was this beautiful.  We are so blessed!!

We arrived at our current location about noon today.

This park is interesting.  There are 101 pull-thru sites with full hookups.  The sites are pretty level and wide.  You can tell gravel used to be the parking pads, but grass has grown through most of it.  As you can see there are no trees. This park is part of our Coast to Coast membership resorts.

This is our view out our living room window.  We are not even sure of the name of the mountains, yet.  Just enjoying the glory.

Tic rode is bicycle around the park to get some sunset pictures tonight.

I really like this one also.  The half-ring is stunning.
