Montana Auto Museum in Deer Lodge, MT

Wednesday, September 2, 2015 - continued

Our tickets to the Old Prison were also good for 8 other museums in town.  Since the Montana Auto Museum was next door, we visited it today also.

This car had unique tires.  See below.
Each of the tires said NON SKID.  Funny.

 This is a 1907 Schacht.
Calling it a high wheel buggy made me think of current lifted vehicles.

This is a 1909 Hupmobile Model 20.

This is a 1914 Detroit Electric Car.  It could go at least 80 miles between charges.  Wow, seems electric cars have been around for a long time.

There were so many cars, I'm starting to put fewer pictures.

This 1932 Franklin Airman is a snazzy looking car.
And check out those wooden spoked wheels!

This row is all Chevys.

This row is all Fords.

There was also rows of GTOs, Cadillac, Impallas, Corvettes and then some unusual cars.

This is a modified VW.  It was used in the Madd Max movie.

There was even this 1933 Kozy Kamp Pop-Up trailer.  I'm not ready to trade our mobile condo yet. ☺

We've had enough museums for today.  We will have to visit the other museums tomorrow.
Tomorrow is supposed to be cloudy with scattered showers so we decided to drive the Circle Tour.  Pictures will be on a separate post.
